FPF Academy will host its annual FPF Academy Conference 2026 on 4–5 May 2026 at the Cidade do Futebol in Oeiras, Portugal. This international scientific conference brings together leading experts, practitioners, researchers and professionals from elite football organisations to explore the crucial role of multidisciplinary support teams in high-performance sport — from coaching and sports science to performance analysis, medicine and conditioning.

Under the theme “The Team Behind the Team”, the conference features keynote presentations, panel discussions, and research communication sessions presented by specialists from world-class clubs and institutions including FIFA, Manchester United, Liverpool FC, Tottenham Hotspur and Real Sociedad.
